I’m a hair stylist and I did everything I could but still had the same problem. My hair is a natural level 6/7, it’s thick and strong and somewhat ashy. But my eyes are brown with flecks of red [which shows hair’s underlying pigment]. My hair hates being platinum.
If you have blue eyes and naturally light hair, you should be ok to be platinum. Maybe you’re using too harsh of a bleach? It would take a long, long time to see a difference from switching products though. But I could make recommendations? If you love your color, that might be the answer to keeping it.
